Health Guarantee

   If any life threatening hereditary problem arises with your puppy during the first three months or in the event of death of a puppy caused from a Genetic Disease in one year from the date purchased, I will replace the puppy as soon as the next litter of puppies ( like the one you purchased ) is available.  The sick or dead puppy you have is to be returned to me.  I do not guarantee the color, size, or temperament of this puppy.  Conditions of puppy replacement are: proof that puppy was examined by a vet within 24 hours of purchase date.  You must have a vet verifications stating what was wrong with the puppy, proof the shots and worming was continued and up to date, and immediate notification to me that there is a problem.

   I am not responsible for the puppy having (sugar drops) (coccidia ) or any type of worms.  I am not responsible for owner letting puppy get a sore throat or cold.  I am not responsible for any vet bills that occur with this puppy.

Shipping

   We can sometimes arrange to meet a customer half way or if necessary we can ship the puppy to you.  We prefer you to pick them up though.  If we do ship or have to meet you it will be done at the buyers expense.  All arrangements will have to be made ahead of time so that we can work it in around the kennel.  Puppies that are shipped will come with health certificates, a sample of food that they are currently on, and instructions on how to change them over to something else if you prefer.

Deposit Policy

   A non-refundable deposit in the amount of $150.00 is required to hold a puppy for you until it is weaned.  At that time the remainder of the cost for the puppy is due and at this time you will pick up your puppy or the puppy will be shipped to you if prior arrangements have been made.  Puppies are weaned at 6 weeks and can be shipped at 8 weeks old.  Unless puppy is small and needs to stay with the mother longer.  As mentioned above, deposits are non-refundable and no replacement / exchanges will be made once a puppy has been purchased, except as noted above.  I have read and understand the contract and that nothing else has been promised to me.
